At BoreNO, we stand behind the quality of our service. If you purchase any credit package and decide BoreNO isn't right for you, we want to make things right. Below are our complete, transparent guidelines for refund eligibility, AI compute costs, and credit cancellation.
1. Refund Guidelines & Guarantee
We offer a straightforward refund structure that protects both our clients and our heavy API compute infrastructure:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you purchase any credit package and decide BoreNO isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
- 15-Credit Goodwill Limit: To let you try our tools risk-free, we allow a generous testing allowance. You are eligible for a 100% refund as long as you have consumed 15 or fewer credits from your package (enough to generate 1 Full Engagement Plan and test refinements).
- AI Compute Cost Reality: Running high-fidelity AI models consumes heavy real-time GPU compute and API downstream charges. Because these third-party costs are immediate and irreversible, packages with 16 or more credits used are strictly non-refundable.
- No Expiration Date: Purchased credits never expire. You can keep them in your account indefinitely and use them at your own pace, meaning you don't need to cancel any active monthly cycles or subscriptions.
2. How to Request a Refund
We process eligible requests with absolute speed. Follow this simple process:
- Check Eligibility: Ensure that your purchase occurred within the last 14 days and you have consumed 15 or fewer credits from that specific package.
- Contact Support: Send an email to support@boreno.comwith the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and purchase receipt.
- Processing Phase: Our financial compliance representative will review your credit usage logs. Approved requests are refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. Detailed Cancellation Clauses
3.1 Understanding AI Compute Economics (How this is Fair): Every premium feature you run on BoreNO—such as outline generation, quick ideas, and iterative refinements—utilizes extensive cloud-based GPU and large language model computation. We pay upstream API and server partners immediately and permanently for every single operation processed. Because these compute costs cannot be refunded to us, we cannot provide prorated or full refunds for credit packages once active usage (defined as consuming 16 or more credits) has occurred.
3.2 Why the 15-Credit Goodwill Margin exists: We believe you should always feel confident in the quality of your purchases. Therefore, we absorb the server and computation cost for your very first test runbook. If you generate a plan and are not wowed by the depth, styling, or output, you can get a full refund within 14 days, provided you have used 15 or fewer credits.
3.3 No Prorated Refunds: We do not support partial or prorated refunds (e.g. refunding half of a half-used coin bundle). This protects our payment gateways from high-frequency processing fees and prevents potential system exploitation.
3.4 Chargebacks and Dispute Actions: In accordance with our security policies, any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated via your credit card provider will result in the immediate suspension of your BoreNO account and the termination of any remaining credit balances. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
3.5 Promo and Starter Credits: Free credits added to your account (including the 15 starter credits granted upon registration) are completely free, promotional, and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted into financial currency under any circumstances.
3.6 Abuse Monitoring: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect clear signs of platform abuse, such as creating multiple duplicate accounts to claim free credits, or repeatedly purchasing and refunding packages to bypass our monetization limits.
