1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and BoreNO Inc., concerning your access to and use of the BoreNO website and credit-based planning application.

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Registration & Accounts

To use our credit-based planning features, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and setting a password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us at support@boreno.com if you discover or suspect any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Credits, Rates, & Payments

BoreNO operates on a pay-as-you-go credit-based billing system.

• Virtual Credits: You purchase virtual credits in bundles (e.g. 50, 150, or 500 credits). Credits are non-transferable, do not have a cash value, and do not constitute personal property.
• Rate Card Deductions: Each tool execution or refinement deducts a specific number of credits from your balance, as detailed on our Pricing page:
  • Quick ideas: 5 credits
  • Ideas with learning objectives: 8 credits
  • Full engagement plan: 12 credits
  • Regenerate / refine: 2 credits per request
  • Save / export / share: Free
• Credit Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, we reserve the right to close the account and remove remaining credits.
• No Subscriptions: All purchases are one-time transactions. No recurring charges will apply.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

We offer a transparent 14-day refund policy with a goodwill testing allowance:

If you are not satisfied with our application, you can request a full refund of your payment within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided that you have consumed 15 or fewer credits from that purchased bundle (giving you ample allowance to run a single test outline/runbook and explore the platform).

Once 16 or more credits are consumed from a purchased package, the package is considered active and non-refundable due to the immediate, irreversible GPU and LLM infrastructure costs incurred by our upstream providers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its source code, databases, design tokens, graphics, and logos are owned or licensed by BoreNO Inc., and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your Content Ownership: You retain complete ownership of any engagement plans, learning objectives, or ideas generated by you using our credit tools. You are free to save, export, print, and distribute your generated plans anywhere without paying royalties or licensing fees to BoreNO.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass credit requirements, exploit bugs to generate free credits, or disrupt billing systems.
• Using automated crawlers, scrapers, or scripts to mass-extract our generated prompts or reverse-engineer our proprietary planning models.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming support representatives, or submitting spam messages via our contact systems.
• Registering multiple burner accounts to exploit our 15 free starter credits policy. We actively monitor and block abusers.

7. Limitations & Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. You agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoreNO Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the absolute accuracy or completeness of the AI-generated planning content.
