1. Timing of Credit Accrual

Credits are dispatched and loaded onto your user profile immediately following payment authorization. In 99.5% of cases, this process takes less than 5 seconds from the moment you click pay. Once added, credits can be consumed instantly on our planning tools.

2. Shipping Rates and Costs

Because BoreNO delivers services entirely digitally, there are no physical logistics costs, packaging fees, or delivery charges of any kind. You pay exactly the pricing stated on our rate card page for your chosen credit package.

3. Delay Mitigation and Resolution

Rarely, payment gateway processing bottlenecks or temporary connection timeouts may delay credit allocation by a few minutes. If you completed your checkout and do not see your credit balance update within 5 minutes, please perform the following checks:

• Verify if you received an invoice and payment confirmation in your email.
• Log out of your BoreNO account and sign back in to force-refresh your session.
• Check your billing history or bank records to confirm the charge was completed successfully.

If the credits still fail to load, contact us at support@boreno.com. Include your transaction ID, and our engineering team will manually credit your balance immediately.

4. Secure Transaction Ledger

Every single transaction carries a cryptographically signed transaction receipt. If you run into any synchronization hiccups, our help desk has direct access to ledger databases to correct anomalies on the spot.
