Body Language Scavenger Hunt
Kick off with a rapid-fire observation challenge: participants watch a 60-second video clip of a real project kickoff call and jot down every nonverbal cue they notice (gestures, posture, facial expressions, eye movements). Then, share findings in chat for instant comparison. Payoff: participants realize how many cues are missed or interpreted differently.
